With 3 layers, stronger in bearing pressure

Inner tank adopts imported porcelain enamel material. It composes of three layers. That's non-metal inner layer, mixed layer and alloy steel layer. It's good in intension, high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance and heat and cold compact resistance.

Non-metal inner layer is with smooth surface. On-metal film is coated on inner layer and integrated with inner layer after baking under 870 degree high temperature. It can be expanded with inner layer together freely and with big magnesium rod inside for protecting tank free of scale.

•  Polyethylene insulation with a fabric casing can be used if polyurethane insulation is not suitable.

•  Tank are designed for high pressure that direct connection to mains pressure water supply is permitted.

•  Direct connection of copper coil HE to mains pressure water supply is permitted.

•  In most regions, only locally approved heating elements can be used. The heating element port can be custom made as required to suit any size element. (Female thread-located in top of tank).A sample of the heating element will need to provide before tanks are manufactured in order to confirm thread.
